- Scaffolding may be set up with netting to contain dust and debris in accordance with lead regulations by the City of San Francisco.
- Building will be power washed with a bleach and water solution.
- Windows will be masked off with plastic and blue tape and kept free of paint.
- All surfaces to be painted will be scraped and sanded.
- Cracks in stucco will be dug out and patched with an Elastameric stucco patch.
- All surfaces will receive one coat of primer paint, tinted toward finish color.
- All window casings and other trim will be caulked, where necessary.
- Loose glazing will be removed from windows and new glazing will be applied, where necessary.
- All areas where patched or caulked will be spot primed.
- All surfaces will receive one or two finish coats of paint.
- Windows will be cleaned free of paint and in working order.
- Trash Removed.
